Trinity Debt Advice Centre

•Advice is completely free to the client
•Advice is unconditional & completely confidential
TDAC acts under the auspices of Community Money Advice and is a non-profit making organisation. .

..Open by appointment every 2nd and 4th Saturday in the month for consultations.(And occasional evenings again by appointment only.)   ..We are staffed by a small team of trained volunteer advisors supported by a project co-ordinator.
..Our advisors help clients to draw up a financial statement which sets out their income and expense profile thus revealing a realistic level of disposable income.  We assist in assessing the overall extent of indebtedness and will classify individual debts according to recognised priorities.
.. Once we can establish an agreed profile, a financial statement, is circulated to all creditors and a repayment plan, based on guidelines used by the courts, will be negotiated. This procedure generally enables a mutually acceptable solution to be found and has the added advantage of stopping punitive interest charges continuing. It also avoids unnecessary court action.Strict confidentiality is observed by all members of our team as well as by our church officials who may take telephone enquiries, to be passed on to the appropriate member of the TDAC team when arranging appointments.Appointments and any other enquiries can be handled.
